ART IN THE PARK SHOW & SALE

9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Open from 11am - 3pm, the food court features good things to eat ranging from sandwiches and hamburgers to ethnic cuisine to frozen treats. Located in the Broadway/Ocean Street area of the park near Kids in the Park, the food court offers tables and chairs for you to enjoy your meal, or you can relax on the grass under a tree and listen to musicians.
The 2017 food vendors include: Cannoli Joe serving Mini cannolis - multiple flavors; CVC Catering serving pulled pork, wraps, Baked Goods, sodas and water; Falafel Mafia serving Falafel sandwiches and bowls, gyro sandwiches and flavored tea; India Palace serving Somosa, Pokora, lamb curry, chicken tikka masala, vegetable curry, soft drinks; Mainely Treats featuring a variety of different ice cream flavors; Portland Pedal Popsicles serving unique flavored popsicles; O Oysters serving clean, fresh, full bodied, cold water oysters; and the Rotary Club of South Portland-Cape Elizabeth serving Fried Dough, hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee, soda and water.
Also next to the Food Court, the Wellness Area will feature SOMA offering chair massage, reflexology, acupuncture, and home and body items.
This year's entertainment will be provided by The Downeast Brass. The Downeast Brass is comprised of five highly experienced musicians from Southern and Central Maine. They enjoy playing a wide range of styles, from classical to Dixieland and from parades to wedding ceremonies. As music educators, they seek to reach audiences of all ages with original and entertaining programming. Visit Downeast Brass for more band info, photos and gig calendar.
